Grownups live under the assumption that childhood is a carefree time, which is full of happiness, games, love and laughter. The reality is that life is becoming increasingly challenging in day-to-day life for children as it is for adults. They are constantly dealing with changes in regards to their body, school, friends and family. The only difference is that for children, due to the lack of experience, it becomes difficult to make sense of their feelings.

Children between the age group of 0-13 years absorb information good & bad from their surroundings and these learnings get imprinted upon their developing minds.
